1. Defective or Incorrect Items:
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with the original packaging material. Snake River Barrels does not provide reimbursement for packaging needed to return an item.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5 business days for our team to inspect the product and process your request. You will be notified via email once your replacement has been shipped or your refund has been processed.

Once you receive a return number, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning you item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning larger and more expensive items, you may consider tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Snake River Barrels uses real wood sourced locally in Idaho. Some of our table tops are made from reclaimed barn wood that can range from 25 to 125 years old. Many pieces will have nail holes, saw marks, dents, holes and cracks that naturally respond to its environment. These unique marks are not considered as imperfections or defects, as these characters are considered authentic and pay homage to the original craftsmanship. Although some cracks may shift with time, don’t worry, epoxy fillers can reduce movement or the natural rustic wood can be highlighted with stain.

The oak Whiskey Barrels are sourced from Lynchburg Tennessee and are true certified Jack Daniels whiskey barrels. They are charred in the inside, and have been stored in Lynchburg Tennessee warehouses in various climates and environments, which is designed to impact the rate of maturation of the taste of the whiskey. In saying that, this means no two barrels are alike. Not only does this authentic approach provide you with the rustic feel of the outback but it also provides you with an original product that will only be yours.
